Sooomeone tried to stop something heavy falling off his lap in the wheelchair. Helping a friend with laying down mulch in their garden. Silly me. Spent two weeks in Box Hill Hospital with a pulled muscle in my back, however my disability exacerbated it. I don’t remember how I got to hospital and I wasn’t fully aware of the situation till after 2 days in hospital (So bad that Morphine and cutting up clothes was needed). But after some complications and finally on the mend, I was able to be discharged, still a lot of rest to follow though! Got some plans to get back into aviary birds, I grew up around them and always missed it since I moved to Auckland in ’96.
