Introduction

As part of my wish to start projects and finish them I will begin a 50-day project. Based on the article I cut out of a 2009 Men’s Fitness magazine and stored away for “a while” I finally kicked myself in the behind and decided to do this project I wanted to do for a very long time. I will post here once a day for 50 days one item that the article says you can do to be healthy without effort. I will also share my opinion on each of them and may expand factualy on why they are healthy activities.
