Popcorn contains a lot of fibre (makes you feel full) and is something you can buy in bulk, popping corn keeps for a very long time making it very cost effective. Below are some recipes to help you out.
Healthiest Sweet Popcorn
Spinkle icing sugar over it while your tossing it, icing sugar is the sweetest form of natural sugar so you need less, keeping your insulin in check at the same time.
Healthiest Savoury Popcorn
Get some salt (while popcorn is still hot) mix it in well, next sprinkle a little bit of paprika over it while tossing it. Paprika is well known to boost your metabolism while boosting your immune system at the same time.

Chicken, Garlic and Basil Popcorn
I get some salt and grounded chicken stock (very natural favouring) mix it in and then dip it into a Garlic & Basil Pesto. mmmmm yum
