May Goals

Last month i gained 1.1kg of muscle (0.6kg more than my goal) im now 64.4 kg, the heaviest I’ve been since i was 18. I haven’t been training as much as I wanted but i have increasingly started training more often and for larger amounts, i even haven’t skipped any meals in 3 weeks. Hopefully I can keep it up.
