May Goals

Last month i gained 1.1kg of muscle (0.6kg more than my goal) im now 64.4 kg, the heaviest I’ve been since i was 18. I haven’t been training as much as I wanted but i have increasingly started training more often and for larger amounts, i even haven’t skipped any meals in 3 weeks. Hopefully I can keep it up. Beijing Olympics

I got the plane tickets, passport and visa, as soon as the tickets are out I am getting those too, while there i’ll be putting on regular blogs with lots of pictures.

Semester break

Winter’s arrived, snow on the hills and soon enough in the backyard, I got plenty of cycling and swimming done, the temperature has dropped to an average 8 degrees celsius and drops below freezing at night. i got assignments done and also last semester I completed my skill acquisition papers and passed (too embarrassed to tell the grade though)
